Abs and Tone

This is essentially a quick blitz class for the abdominal and lower back area and very good for someone who wants to target that part of the body alongside their existing workout routine. Core stability is the key to all round fitness, and you can achieve stronger, firmer and toned abdominal muscles by attending just a half an hour abs class once per week. Abs classes also uses exercise balls to stop straining your neck when performing the exercises and to create a higher intensity whilst focusing on the lower abdominals.

Providing health and leisure fitness facilities for the local areas including Longridge, Grimsargh, Goosnargh, Clitheroe, Ribchester, Fulwood and the surround Preston Area.
