Aerobics
Aerobic classes are a specialist form of exercise which are one of the most popular classes here at Kingfisher Gym, the aerobics class strengthens the bodies cardiovascular system, but doesn’t overstress any muscles. After a warm up the exercises build to an intensive aerobic peak that lasts for 20-40 minutes depending upon the level of the class.
The movements are high impact (both feet leaving the floor) and low impact. They last 5-10 minute a gradual cooldown and should always be followed by stretching. The main benefits of the class are ;- Burns fat, tones muscles, builds aerobic strength, increases flexibility and requires co-ordination.
Providing health and leisure fitness facilities for the local areas including Longridge, Grimsargh, Goosnargh, Clitheroe, Ribchester, Fulwood and the surround Preston Area.
