Circuits
Circuit training has developed considerably over the years and this class is a fast paced form of exercise suitable for anyone, circuit training classes can range from Boxercise classes to Body Pump, the main aim of circuits is to quickly develop the muscular system. After a warm up the class consists of a series of of sports specific exercises performed for a certain length of time monitored & encouraged by an instructor. For toning, shaping & cardiovascular endurance there is no better class than circuit training.
Providing health and leisure fitness facilities for the local areas including Longridge, Grimsargh, Goosnargh, Clitheroe, Ribchester, Fulwood and the surround Preston Area.
