Pilates
Pilates is a very popular form of exercise with benefits for everyone, the movements included in the pilates classes are designed to strengthen and elongate the body, and also improve balance within the body. The pilates class concentrates primarily on developing strong stomach and back muscles. Pilates is incredibly good for building strength in the postural muscles and has a high success rate in toning and shaping the body whilst increasing flexibility .
Providing health and leisure fitness facilities for the local areas including Longridge, Grimsargh, Goosnargh, Clitheroe, Ribchester, Fulwood and the surround Preston Area.
