Run Club
Running is great to improve your overall fitness and also works a number of muscles in your body. Every thursday morning we give you the opportunity to join us and take a breath of fresh air away from the gym and join as a group. All levels welcome as we will be running with the slowest paced runner.
Providing health and leisure fitness facilities for the local areas including Longridge, Grimsargh, Goosnargh, Clitheroe, Ribchester, Fulwood and the surround Preston Area.
