Our Classes & Facilities
Toneaerobics
This class aims to tone, build or define various parts of your body. Combining aerobic exercises and toning exercises all in one class, this class covers many of the movements from standard aerobics but focuses on some resistance training, usually using your own body weight. These classes require some co-ordination.
Providing health and leisure fitness facilities for the local areas including Longridge, Grimsargh, Goosnargh, Clitheroe, Ribchester, Fulwood and the surround Preston Area.
